Hello World!

If you are reading this, HELLO! welcome to yet another one of the endless blogs spewing things you probably don’t care about. I won’t claim to be anything different, however I will try to at least entertain you a small bit and maybe just maybe tell you something you might not have known. so without further ado let’s get down to business. if you have read this far I am going to assume I have done something right, so I’ll just start by telling a little bit about myself.

one of the major parts of this blog is going to be about my experiences in Eve: Online. If that isn’t your cup of tea stick around I’m not a one trick pony sort of guy. Another thing for this blog is going to be about my experiences in other games whether virtual or not I have a wide plethora of games at my disposal.

So on to my time in eve, I am a lowsec pilot who has dabbled in the art of wormholing. throughout my experiences and because I will probably be referencing him many many many times throughout my recollection of events in internet space ships I will clear up who he is. His name is roggle, and he has guided me through my eve experience since day one. roggle was but a wee small time corp CEO in Faction Warfare at the time, and with his new corp he was on a bender finding bambis to take under his wings. I remember the message as it would be the only thing to make me get off of trial. it was a simple message about the many many kredits to be earned sitting inside of plexes (which I now know to be a slight stretch of the truth). However that message was enough to pull me into Faction Warfare.

From my first PVP roam to the last escapade I had in a frigate I was hooked. It wasn’t long until I had paid for my first 3 months and was quick on my way to actually killing a ship. Even though the learning curve of this game was like none I had ever experienced it was the guidance and friendship of my fearless leader roggle (damn this is sounding way too sappy and emotional for my likings). although I didn’t actually manage to get any last hits on fleet ops until I was well into my second character I still enjoyed every second of the mundaneness of eve online.

at this point in my Eve career I am a slightly accomplished lowsec PVPer and Wormhole pilot. I’ve been in and out of faction warfare and as of writing this post I am still apart of the endless struggle of the empires. I have a few escapades under my belt that I will love to write up in future eve related posts, but enough of these things it’s time to talk about something that will actually be interesting.

I am a huge fan of indie games. I know a lot of people love playing call of duty and battlefield but I will forever be happy with 10 indie games than a 60 dollar game hot off the production lines and probably riddled with game breaking glitches and people who take the games way too seriously. now don’t get me wrong I do love to play games like battlefield and grand theft auto just not at new game prices, it’s a complicated relationship.

I have played the league of legends on and off for a few months and I am not awful but I haven't decided I want to decide to drop all the time into it that it requires to gain the skills. I can recall a few escapades I’ve had but none of them are all that great as to my lack of skill. I may at some time spend time getting good and get some good stories for you good people to read but now's not the time.

as well as playing a lot of video games I do enjoy a good tabletop games. I play magic the gathering regularly and will most likely be posting in march about a GP that I plan on playing at. That’s not the only TCG I play but as far as right now it’s the best one I’ve been playing.

I am also I decent musician and artist. although those things aren’t my suites I can atleast be passable at both. at this point I feel like I’m cramming way to much into one post but hell I’d rather you know what you are getting into before you get any deeper.

Well, before I lose your attention completely I might as well sign off for now. I will hopefully be letting you get to know me a lot better in the future, that is if I’ve actually managed to pull you in to read my blog. I mean hell atleast give me a few tries before you totally write me off I mean I’ve gotten you this far haven't I? so without further ado signing off for the first time Dogy

(I keep thinking to myself I should get a bettor or more creative name but I’ve had it for too long now lets just hope it’s not as bad as I think.)
